Welcome to our web-site. The purpose of this site is to provide information about Siberia For Christ and our work. You  will be able to find a brief history of our work, current events and news; our strategy of ministry as well as plans for the near future.

We are celebrating 2010 with our new baby girl, Tirzah Joy Walker.

 Our Mission Statement

To reach the rural towns and villages of Siberia with the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, to raise up and train local ministers of the Gospel and to aid the orphans and needy in their distress.

We Believe... 

1. The fundamentals of the Christian faith as laid out in the Nicene Creed.

2. The Great Commission, as laid out in Mark 16:15 - 18, applies to all believers everywhere.

3. Jesus really meant the "ends of the earth!" 

Who We Are

We are an independent missions group focused on long term ministry in the rural towns and villages of Siberia. Currently we are focused on planting and encouraging churches in the Boaguchany region. We believe strongly in co-operating as much as possible with any Christians following the call to reach the lost. 

Currently our American missionaries are Justus and Rebecca Walker and Jordan Jonas. Churches in the Boaguchany region affiliated with Siberia For Christ are as follows:

	The Church in Boaguchany: Pastor Andrey Skvartsov
	The Church in Chuniyar: Pastor Yuri Rukasuev
	The Church in Oseenavy: Pastor Justus Walker
	The Circuit Churches of Takoochet, Novohiask and Oktobersky, overseen by the Oseenavy Church.

David and June Walker, founders of this ministry, now live in the US along with their seven other children.

This last year I have been studyin a lot about what the Kingdom of God means. I have been encouraged by several freids to share these thoughts in English, since all my sermons and works hav been in Russian. 

Also I have been doing a lot of what I call backyard science projects and research, al aimed at bettering village life and reaching people in their physical condition as well as spiritual.
